About NYC Rising Stars

Founded in 2001 by Nelson Santiago Sr., formerly the College Point Stars, set out to offer New York City players the chance to shine on a larger stage. Today, co-founders Adrian Castano and Nelson Santiago have elevated this vision with NYC Rising Stars. Our program is built on a deep-seated passion for baseball and a commitment to developing athletes who excel both on and off the field. Elevating fundamental areas like practices, travel tournaments and academic mentorship to provide a growing outlook to the kids for their futures.
